OUR RETURN POLICY

  1. Items shipped from Amelier may be returned within 30 days of receipt.
  2. Unless the item is faulty, shapewear, underwear, pajamas, and swimwear are not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons.

A 3.15% fee will be deducted for order cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance.

Note: Please  contact us  if you wish to return an item. Returns without prior discussion and authorization will not be accepted.

 

RETURN PROCESS

  1. Contact Customer Service with your order information and a brief description of your return. We will send you a printable receipt with further instructions. It will contain our return address and basic information about your returned order.
  2. Print the return receipt and place it inside your package along with the item(s) you are returning and pack the item(s) appropriately.
  3. Ship the item(s) back to us via your local post office. If you urgently need to handle the returned parcels, please contact our customer service and provide a tracking number for the returned parcels.
  4. We will process your return within 1-3 business days after receiving the package.

 

WHY DO I NEED TO PRINT THE RETURN LABEL?

By scanning your return receipt, our facility can locate your return much faster. After that, we can proceed with the refund/replacement.
